There's human trafficking in his story, and his canon point comes from right as he was about to get sold (and rescued). He's very bitter about it, and will let it slip from time to time about how upset he is about it. If you don't want to hear about it, you can always say so here. He also responds a little too well to positive attention. Expect him to really like you if you're nice to him. If your male, he might easily develop a crush.
